1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened consumables (if applicable)
  • Used camping, fishing, or hiking gear
  • Clearance or final-sale items

3. Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect).

4. Refunds

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:
    • Store Credit / Exchange – Preferred option for future purchases.
    • Cash Refund – If approved, will be processed through the delivery partner upon return confirmation.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us immediately at [email protected] with photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
