1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Opened consumables (if applicable)
- Used camping, fishing, or hiking gear
- Clearance or final-sale items

- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item was defective or incorrect).
4. Refunds
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:
- Store Credit / Exchange – Preferred option for future purchases.
- Cash Refund – If approved, will be processed through the delivery partner upon return confirmation.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us immediately at [email protected] with photos.
- We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
